Shaping the Future Together

Careers

Want to Work on Topics That Make a Difference?

Mobility solutions that are used every day. Software that doesn’t disappear into a drawer after launch. And a team that is highly skilled and genuinely enjoys working together?
At Trafficon, people from different disciplines work closely together: committed, competent and in high spirits. We support projects from concept to operation, and we rely on personal responsibility and short decision-making paths.

FAQ

Your Questions, Honest Answers

Do you have questions about applying, getting started or our day-to-day work? Here you’ll find answers to the most frequently asked questions – transparent and to the point.

What’s the atmosphere like in the team?

Honestly: we really enjoy working together – both professionally and personally. And for us, good collaboration doesn’t happen by chance: a pleasant working day, fun & banter and shared experiences are all part of it. We give each other room, value different personalities and support one another.

How flexibly can I work with you?

Flexible working hours are part of everyday life at Trafficon. Whether full-time or part-time, we work together to find a model that fits your life and our projects.
But flexibility works best when it goes hand in hand with personal responsibility. That’s why we value transparent communication, reliable time tracking and good coordination within the team.

Can I work remotely?

Being in the office is important to us for team cohesion, while still allowing plenty of flexibility. After your onboarding, you can work from home up to 60% of the time – as long as communication and coordination within the team work well.

Do you hold team events?

Absolutely. From our annual kickoff and company outings to project celebrations, the company triathlon and Christmas parties, there’s always something going on.

What application documents do I need?

We know that applying for a job takes time. That’s why we keep the process as straightforward as possible. Here’s what we’d like to receive:

  • Full CV / resumé
  • Cover letter
  • Employment references
  • Portfolio, if relevant

What does the application process look like?

  • First, you’ll receive a confirmation that we’ve received your application.
  • Depending on our workload, you may hear from us sooner or a little later. But we’ll get back to you either way. Promise.
  • If anything is unclear, we’re happy to clarify it in a short phone call or get in touch with you by email.
  • If your profile is a good match for the position, we’ll first get to know each other in a Teams call. You’ll speak with the person responsible for the position and someone from our HR team.
  • Depending on the position, a small practical task may be part of the application process. It helps us get a better sense of how you work.
  • For permanent positions, the final step is an invitation to our office. You’ll meet the team, see your future workplace and have the chance to ask any remaining questions.

How does onboarding work?

You’ll be supported from day one – with a structured onboarding process, clearly documented processes and a team that’s always happy to answer your questions.
